Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - 
Sorry, at this time we do not offer store pick up.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using tracked delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping. If you do not see your country at checkout, please contact us at sales@bishopsattic.co.uk.
Your order may be subject to import, custom duties, sales tax and other taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bishops Attic is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@bishopsattic.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
